The staff was great. The technician was really awesome and tried to make me as comfortable as possible during the entire process. She continued to encourage me during the scan because after a while during the scan the pain started to really kick in. I will definitely recommend their services again to my physicians. Also, there was no long wait.

If it was possible, I would give a 10 star review.... You know the feeling of ease you get when you finally find that healthcare facility or person that meets you where you are & know they truly want to help you? This was my experience with ProScan imaging. I am a medical provider- but "titles" don't matter. Here, I was PERSON, not a number. ProScan helped me through the ENTIRE process from re-scheduling, trying to get me in sooner, the MRI itself, and ending with getting the results promptly. For me, it was answers I have needed for a very long time. I had the pleasure of working with Kim, Alicia, and Nicole. And words can't express how TRULY appreciative I am of these ladies. Kindness, compassion, and humble servitude is a rarity to find. Proscan Imaging truly serves with a whole heart.

I had to have an MRI done and was not able to use the completely open machine. I was really scared, but Tina was so helpful and sweet throughout the whole process that I was able to manage it. She assured me before the test that she would be there with me all along, and she talked me through it, and kept me calm. She was so sweet and helpful and I appreciate her so much! I couldn’t have done it without her!

ProScan Imagining is all around the best place I have had any imaging and scans completed. I was kept informed from the start with doctor’s orders, insurance authorization and coverage, an informative call prior to my appointment on what to expect (there hours are flexible…I got in quickly on the weekend!). When I arrived for my appointment, wait time was minimal and COVID precautions were in place with staff wearing masks and seating spaced for social distancing. My anxiety noticeably increased when l laid down for my scan and staff provided a calming scented spa eye mask and verbal reassurance that eased my nerves and helped me relax throughout the imaging process. Before leaving, I had my images on disc and in hand! Thank you ProScan Imaging.

This place needs a thorough cleaning and the young clerk in front although pleasant, made me aware they were short of staff. That is pretty apparent if you see the dust on the furniture in the waiting area. The bathroom required some attention as well. The problem for me is that I started to have a coughing spell about 10-12 minutes during the MRI and I was unable to pause or seek help. I am allergic to dust, trees, grass, etc. At another location where I had a prior MRI, there WAS a button to push if for some reason you required attention and music to listen to. Not at this one! So I began practicing “mindfulness” and that helped some but the coughing started again about 15 minutes later. When the noise stopped, I called for the technician who did not seem to have any empathy for what I was going through. She said, “you’re almost finished.” About 3 minutes later, I was released from the procedure. I said to the technician, there is something in this room agitating my allergies and she replied, “it’s probably dust!” and I shared that I’m allergic to dust. I requested for a bottle water. I received my disc about 20 minutes later and after leaving, my coughing ceased. Be cautious if you are allergic to dust and do not want to experience an unclean facility. This can be remedied with some cleaning and compassion from the technician!

Second MRI at this location. Excellent staff and up-to-date equipment provides greater comfort than MRI’s I’ve experienced at other medical providers. Walking out with images in 15 minutes or less, as well as sent to doctors asap is exceptional service. Thank you to all of the staff who assisted me while trying to get everything done before and during the procedure.
